IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Each item is made to order by hand. Production time does not include shipping time. Our current turn around time 7-14 days not counting weekends.

  • SHIPPING ORDERS

    All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail. You will receive an email with shipping information and estimated arrival date. Please verify the shipping address is correct before placing the order as we are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address. Please also verify that your email & contact information is correct when the order is placed.

  • LOCAL ORDERS

    If you are purchasing in the Phoenix, AZ area and do not want your order to be shipped, meet up is available. Once the order is completed, you will be contacted via email or by phone for the meet up location & time. It is understandable that things happen, however after 2 failed attempts of meeting, you will be charged for shipping and your order will be shipped to you.

  • CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    APPAREL, ACCESSORIES AND OR CUP ORDERS:

    Customs orders are just that and cannot be cancelled or changed unless it is done within 24hrs of placing the order. If done after a 24hr period, the order will NOT be cancelled, changed or refunded. If you receive your order and for whatever reason it is wrong or was damaged during shipping, please contact us via email within 24 hrs of receiving your item(s). When emailing please include any pictures of any damage to the packing as well as the item. If we do not receive an email with this information within 24 hrs of receiving the item, the issue will not be fixed. If your order is wrong, a replacement will be sent out once the wrong item is returned and the correct one is completed.

    DTF ORDERS:

    • Request Cancellation: Change your mind? You can request an order cancellation by sending an email to tony@kingxkustoms.com
    • Time-Sensitive: Regular orders & overnight delivery orders must be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. Late cancellation requests can't be accepted as the order will have already been processed. Out of business hours cancellation requests can't be accepted as the order will be automatically processed.

  • EXCHANGES & RETURNS

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of used items. Please verify your order prior to placing. If you have questions or are unsure about anything, please reach out to us prior to placing the order. Please allow up to 24hrs for a response to your email and do not send multiple messages as this will delay the process.
